Antioxidant boosted Glow Bowl!

Kale is one of the most nutrient dense foods that exists. It helps you lowering your blood pressure, it's anti-inflammatory, strengthens the blood vessels, it renews the cells, it improves skin quality and much much more. So, mix loads of kale (I took one full bag from coop), 1 frozen banana, 1 mango, fresh ginger, lime, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla and vegetable milk of your choice (I took soy milk). Mix it all in a mixer and place in a bowl. Then decorate with coconut flakes, chia seeds, dried cranberries and cashew nuts (or just any berries, seeds or nuts you like) Eat, enjoy, repeat for extra glow this cold winter.
